We provide a "Contact us" feature in the app. It is located at Account -> Settings -> Contact us. If you need help about your specific account, this is the preferred way because it securely let us know who you are and which account you are using.

You can also write directly to us at service@mcoordination.com. In the case that you can't login to your account or you don't have an account, this will be the way to go.
